New Community Leadership Foundation (NCLF) is a San Francisco-based nonprofit advancing equity, economic opportunity, and community-led development in historically under-resourced neighborhoods. Established in 2015, NCLF creates pathways for residents to lead, create, and thrive through programs rooted in culture, education, and collaboration.

One of NCLF’s flagship initiatives, SoulStation, reimagines community space as a place for food, culture, workforce development, and connection. Designed with and for residents of the Tenderloin neighborhood, SoulStation is slated to open in late 2026 at 210 Jones Street.

By partnering with artists, small businesses, educators, and grassroots organizations, NCLF supports people-centered solutions that strengthen community identity and local leadership. Their work centers on those most impacted by inequity and invests in neighborhood-driven visions for long-term stability and opportunity.
