The Tenderloin Community Benefit District (TLCBD), founded in 2005, is a San Francisco–based nonprofit dedicated to leading the evolution of the Tenderloin into a vibrant community. Guided by the core values of connection, respect, responsibility, and courage, TLCBD works to create a safe, clean, and positively active environment for residents, workers, and visitors. The organization partners closely with community groups and city agencies to improve daily neighborhood conditions through our operations teams, while simultaneously building resident, youth, and small business voice to sustain long-term change through our Policy & Voice work. We believe in and love the Tenderloin neighborhood.
